Happy New Year!

Over the past year I’ve over-eaten, I’ve indulged in junk food, I’ve drank soda and I’ve, predictably, gained weight. All the weight I lost during my pregnancy and after the birth of my son in 2008 is back. I feel a fool for treating myself and my family like this.

So, in 2010 I plan to make a few changes:

Less meat
More veg
Less sugar
More water
Less grabbing
More planning

Incidentally, ALL these changes will also save me money. Bonus!

So, let’s see what happens…
