Paulie’s Hot Dogs: Lunch, Dinner & Late Night

I consistently get hits on this blog from people searching for Paulie’s Hot Dogs in Bozeman, so I’m going to provide a bit more information in this post than I did in my earlier post.

Paulie’s offers Nathan’s hot dogs, sandwiches and, if you’re from Montana you’ll likely understand the importance of what I’m going to list next: Wilcoxson’s ice cream. You can choose a sandwich or hot dog from the menu or you can build your own from a dizzying list of options. Make it a combo with shoe string fries or thing & crispy onion rings and a fountain soda. And, of course, you have to end with a Wilcoxson’s sundae or a *gasp* made to order Wilcoxson’s ice cream sandwich! There’s definitely something for everyone! The full menu can be found at Pauliesmt.com.

Paulie’s is located in the middle of Bozeman at 801 West Main, right across from the Lewis and Clark Motel and the “barmuda triangle” of the Scoop, the Hofbrau and the Molly Brown. (This may be important to know when you see the hours I’ve listed below!) The fun atmosphere can’t be beat and there’s chalkboard walls which can be especially nice if you have young ones… or are a bored college student… or anyone, really.

Paulies is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 9 pm and Friday and Saturday 11 am to 3 am. Yes, 3 am. This, folks, is one Bozeman’s few late night options!

  2. Apparently eating Nathan’s hot dogs gives Nathan red hair, or perhaps I need a new computer monitor. šŸ™‚ We’ll have to give Paulie’s a try – have yet to try them. Thanks for the reminder!
