Tomorrow I’m going to cut the bad stuff out and focus on getting the good stuff in me.
I hate saying that. I’m not a person who likes the idea of dieting, but for many months now I’ve been the type of person who seems to like the idea of binging on junk. It really got bad back in May, during finals, and I haven’t stopped. I feel awful and uncomfortable. I know my body could be functioning better if I fed it well.
So. Tomorrow I diet.
